David Frederick (right) : With over 30 years in the packaging industry as well as a recognized authority on R.F.I.D, Dave brings unique abilities to this working family of talent. Named by Madison Who’s Who and Cambridge Who’s Who for being a leader in his industry. Named Member of the Year 2008 by Madison Who’s Who. Interviewed and published in printing trade journals for his cutting edge usage of Radio Frequency Identification and Earth First PLA Sustainable label materials. With his extensive experience in the Identification world David is considered one of the leaders in the Packaging Industry. His experience covers Graphic design, Mechanical Engineering with a very strong talent in cost controlling. With his fresh management technique and strong customer service background David brings exciting new ways to do business in today’s ever-changing marketplace. A charter member of the National Auto ID Alliance and an Executive Sales Member of Century Systems, Dayton Ohio.

Terry Cochran (left) : With over 27 Years of Flexographic printing experience, Terry has worked in all facets of the industry from production and purchasing to sales. He is recognized as one of the finest Flexographic experts in today’s high-tech industry. His experience includes operating and maintaining Mark Andy, Webtron, Aquaflex, Allied Gear, and Rotopress printing presses. Terry is also experienced with Rotoflex, Arpeco and B Bunch finishing equipment. As the industry has evolved, Terry has been a pioneer as an integrator of RFID chips into pressure sensitive as well as non-pressure sensitive labels. Terry assisted Mark Andy Inc. in the development of RFID solutions for their inline presses. Published in numerous trade magazine articles, Terry’s career also includes proficiency with Label-Aire RFID inserters, Pressiza RFID encoders and verifiers and is a Certified RFID Converter with UPM Rafsec and Avery Dennison.
